We aim to help clients find their piece of the puzzle (and a peace of mind) through well-designed systems, allowing them to focus on their core mission instead of getting bogged down in day-to-day management challenges. Specializing in creating tailored, efficient systems and developing sustainable processes, let us help you by alleviating your organization’s mental load of operational chaos.

Who is Liz?

I am a human with an insatiable thirst for knowledge and knack for processes and problem solving. With a diverse background that includes a BS in Microbiology and an MS in Agricultural Education, complemented with over a decade of experience living and breathing project and technology management, I have a passion for using these skills to uplift and empower others in achieving their goals.

My professional journey spans academia,  technology, and non-profit. I have a proven track record of improving processes, implementing innovative systems, and driving engagement across various roles. My skills in management led me and my team to being awarded the 2021 UA Team Award for Excellence within less than a year of my leadership during the pandemic.

Driven by my commitment to empowering folks, I have been consistently drawn to the nonprofit and small businesses. My involvement includes founding a scholarship, serving as president of a regional non-profit organization, and most recently, working with AZ AANHPI for Equity. Throughout my work, I bring a strong focus on digital equity and universal design to all my  endeavors, advocating for inclusivity and diversity in both digital and physical spaces.

Additionally, my communication and leadership philosophy, which I call "EVIL" (Empathetic, Vulnerable, Impish Leadership), emphasizes building open and comfortable team dynamics and relationships. I have honed these skills and shared them through multiple presentations at leadership workshops and symposiums.

My combination of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and passion for uplifting communities makes me a versatile professional adept at cultivating innovation and collaboration across diverse fields. Let me support you and your team in achieving your next goal and see growth.
