What if I can't afford Fractional COO?
That's why we offer Fractional COO Lite at $3,500/month. It's ongoing support without the full commitment. Many clients start there and upgrade to Full when revenue grows. We also offer village support pricing for qualifying entrepreneurs. Book a call and we can discuss it together.
Do you work with my team directly?
For the Fractional COO (Full and LITE), we will work with your team, attend meetings when needed, and communicate directly with them via email or Slack. But you're still the leader, we're supporting you, not replacing you.
What happens after the engagement ends?
After Essential Sprint, you have systems that run on their own.
After Fractional COO, you either continue with us month-to-month, transition to a lighter support tier, or we help you hire a full-time COO.
You're never locked in long-term beyond the initial minimum commitment.
